Black Mask in TDKR?

Black Mask in TDKR?

Plus other theories!

Editorial Opinion

Yesterday I came upon an idea, so I thought I might share it. Keep in mind this is a theory, so if it is stupid or not, is up to you. Do you remember William Fichtner playing the bank manager in The Dark Knight, well what if he was Roman Sionis. I have heard several people say Nolan was going to put Black Mask in The Dark Knight, but didn't. But, maybe they did. It would make sense that Nolan hasn't said anything, simply because he is already cast.

I looked back at the conversation he had with the Joker. William asked the Joker if he knew who he was stealing from. I know he meant the mob, but what if part of it was his? Before Joker left William he said,"What ever doesn't kill you makes you stranger." Imagine if that sentence finally made him crack?

They never said the bank managers name, so there is no way you can say that's wrong. There is also something else that was brought to my attention. Many people are saying that Talia Al Ghul is not in The Dark Knight Rises. Well, all Nolan said is that Cottilard would "appear" Maranda Tate. Also, why would Nolan cast Ra's Al Ghul entire family, for no reason? Ra's also stated in Batman Begins that, "We have invaded there infrastructure." Which could mean his daughter is working at Wayne Enterprise.

Or, we could have Bane and/or Selina Kyle have deep connections with Ra's. Possibly Bane killed Ra's wife? Well, who knows! Also, let's talk Bane's venom. To be honest, Bane's venom could be in the Nolan verse. Let's be honest guys, alot of the things Batman has is really advanced. So, I'm sure Nolan could do something. Personally, I would like to see Scarecrow make that venom, but that's just me.

Thank you, and please comment.

also, prepare for a bunch of morons to yell at you for expressing original thought.

I would LOVE to see Fichtner as Black Mask. perfect casting right there.

Yea the idea's been rolling around since The Dark Knight came out, it's nothing new.

From the sounds of things, Rises has a lot to work with so I doubt they'd have room for Black Mask.
The idea is an interesting one, but it'd be too much with only one film left.

You could of made this editorial so much more. Please don't post these half thought out "articles" anymore. Actually try to put effort into things. At least four good paragraphs.

I like your idea of the bank manager from TDK being Black Mask. Bane being the killer of Ras Al Ghul's wife? I doubt it. Josh Pence is playing Ras in what i believe are flashback scenes set i think as far back as 30 years before Batman Begins. Tom Hardy as Bane is far too young to be the killer.

@runDTC
First off I came up with the idea after I watched the Dark Knight last night.
Second, I did see your article, but you said nothing about him

I like how @runDTC is trying to take credit for being the one who came up with this idea even though its been floating around since '08....

@Theshadow, I like the idea and the casting but i really doubt it would happen. But i wanted Black Mask to be in this way back when so who knows. But I'm siding with @thegoddamsupes like always on this one. Theres no point in speculating because 100% of the time were wrong.

If Black Mask is in this movie,he should kill somebody close to catwoman 'cough'Holly Robinson'cough' so catwoman can try to exact revenge on him but batman stops her for moral reasons.also matt damon for black mask ftw
