lol rokker10......such has been true in times past.....this is looking better and better. I cant wait to see how this movie turns out. I hope it maintains a serious tone throughout... i have a feeling it will be very comparable to the first iron man.

The Mask looks different from the EW pic. The Mask looks more detailed in the new pic I wish we could get a closer look at it

If anyone knows a thing or two about the early days of Green Lantern, he only had two weaknesses - the color yellow... and wood. That's right, look it up - green lantern couldn't do sh*t against a stick.

Imagine if he had to fight in a forest of yellow trees...

@WellDrawn wrong Alan Scott whose powers are magic had a weakness against wood not Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps. GL Corps members used to only have weakness to Yellow. shows what you know

The entire movie is going to have the EW Head floating on the body. It seems since they are having so much trouble with the CGI, they are just going to stick with what they have already worked on!!!

You gotta admit thought that the suit looks 1000 times better now!!!!!! The mask and the eyes look wayyyyyyy better. i think the eyes differ from shot to shot. New GL poster ftw!

I didn't specify which Lantern, I just knew it was from the early days.
I apologize for not checking my facts - not good forum etiquette.
Sorry if I offended any Hal Jordan purists who prefer not to think about the Green Lantern image tarnished by such a gay weakness.

@Darkmatter its ok we both got it. Hal Jordan has been my favorite comic book character since reading Emerald Dawn at age 11 back in '89 so when I see misinformation like that I jump on it lol

@MrNoFear- Yeah, I've been waiting for some awesome news on GL for awhile, it's awesome we're finally getting it! :D It's been my most anticipated CBM since I heard they were planning on making a GL film! Plus Hal is my favorite GL, and RR is my favorite actor. So I've been geeking out about it since.

As much as I understand why WB has had to delay their marketing campaign, clearly it doesn't take as long to put out images from the film, much less promotional images, so why the lack of a poster just to throw up in theaters?

The suit looks a lot better than before! Love the way they darkened it and added more black to it like the comics, instead of just being a darker shade of green...

Can't wait 4 this movie!
