Full Track List & Cover Art For The GHOSTBUSTERS Original Motion Picture Score Released
Sony Classical has released the full set of details for Theodore Shapiro's upcoming original motion picture score for Paul Feig's Ghostbusters reboot. Come take a look, but be wary of potential spoilers!
We're only about a month out from Sony Pictures' upcoming Paul Feig-directed reboot of Ghostbusters and as the marketing campaign ramps up, Sony Classical has released the full track list and album cover art for Theodore Shapiro's upcoming original motion picture score. The track list isn't all that revealing, but it does manage to mildly spoil the overall direction of the film. The score is currently available to pre-order on Amazon and will be available to purchase in stores on July 8. In addition to the film's score, a separate soundtrack containing the songs featured in the film, including Elle King's "Good Girls," will be released by RCA Records on July 15 to coincide with the film's release.

Erin Gilbert (Wiig) and Abby Yates (McCarthy) are a pair of unheralded authors who write a book positing that ghosts are real. A few years later Gilbert lands a prestigious teaching position at Columbia University, but her book resurfaces and she is laughed out of academia. Gilbert reunites with Yates and others when ghosts invade Manhattan and she and her team have to save the world.
