The Screen Junkies Pull No Punches With This Honest Trailer For Paul Feig's GHOSTBUSTERS Reboot

The latest "Honest Trailer" from Screen Junkies takes aim at a movie that's already had more than enough negativity aimed at it: the Ghostbusters reboot. But hey, it is pretty funny, so screw it...

At this point making fun of Paul Feig's somewhat ill-advised Ghostbusters reboot kinda seems like kicking a movie when it's down (the film is officially a flop for Sony), but that's exactly what Screen Junkies decided to do for their latest Honest Trailer.

Most of us at CBM actually enjoyed Ghostbusters to a degree, and even some of the most vocal naysayers were forced to admit that it wasn't that bad when they actually saw it - but, as voiceover-man points out in the vid, it was still a bit crap in many respects.

Anyway, have a watch, and let us know if you've come to appreciate the movie any more since its release. No... seriously.

.

Erin Gilbert (Wiig) and Abby Yates (McCarthy) are a pair of unheralded authors who write a book positing that ghosts are real. A few years later Gilbert lands a prestigious teaching position at Columbia University, but her book resurfaces and she is laughed out of academia. Gilbert reunites with Yates and others when ghosts invade Manhattan and she and her team have to save the world.

Ghostbusters is out on DVD and Blu-ray now.
