The official Ghostbusters Twitter account just debuted the first full clip from Paul Feig's upcoming reboot. In it, the team (Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, and Leslie Jones) take a couple of Holtzmann's ghost-gadgets for a test run. Of course, things don't go particularly smoothly.

Take a look, and be sure to let us know what you think in the usual place.

Erin Gilbert (Wiig) and Abby Yates (McCarthy) are a pair of unheralded authors who write a book positing that ghosts are real. A few years later Gilbert lands a prestigious teaching position at Columbia University, but her book resurfaces and she is laughed out of academia. Gilbert reunites with Yates and others when ghosts invade Manhattan and she and her team have to save the world.

Ghostbusters hits theaters on July 15.

Insanely awful. No respect for the original what so ever. Total cash grab.

@brilaneb - mostly every film you are I have ever seen has been a cash grab...

@brilaneb - I have literally not seen anything is the trailers or this clip that has made me so much as chuckle. It looks like an over done CG mess with lame jokes that feel forced. I'm certain there is a scene in there somewhere where a character does something dumb and says "my bad."

Those effects look... on par with the original's CGI. And uh... well I'm not gonna call it acting.

To those who are already hating on the movie...

If you DO see it (be it online or in theaters) and you DO hate it and you complain about it being a waste of time, just remember this...

It's your own fault.

I really can't take how unfunny this is. "That was… awesome!" is a line they use in Disney Channel shows. /Disney Channel/. Does nobody see why people are bashing this yet? Not this site, though. Most of you guys hate it.

Here's something that got me upset very recently, so last week, this was released from the film's soundtrack...

And it's shit.

But, ON THE SAME [frick]ING SOUNDTRACK, there's another cover of the Ghostbusters theme by Walk The Moon... and it's good.

It's got nothing on the original Ray Parker Jr. version, but this cover feels like something from Ghostbusters.

And for some reason, it was decided that the Fall Out Boy version with the shitty rap be released to the public and as a single and not the actual good cover. Why? EXPLAIN THAT TO ME!!! EXPLAIN WHY WE HAD TO HAVE THE SHITTY SONG!!!
