New Alien Gameplay Video For Aliens vs Predator

remember loving Alien vs. Predator 2 for pc. Played the 1-player campaigns over and over again because there was so much to explore. Now, my pc is tooo old for these new game..I am like 6 years behind on the new PC gaming tech. :-(

the demo for this is out for 360 and PS3. i'm slightly disappointed, the controls feel a little clunky. but it IS just the demo and not the finished product. however, the game comes out next week, so i can't imagine it being imporoved too much. plus i'm still playing Modern Warfare 2, which might be one of the smoothest feeling games of all time, so i might be a little jaded.

i have played the avp demo on the playstation network. and it states that it does no represent the final "code" as it were of the full version game as corn dog pointed out that said it is still pretty kick ass!!!!! i recommend to all to dl it and let the users know what your thoughts are.

exactly! this still is a good game, we just have to remember that Modern Warfare 2 is the best of the best when it comes to FPS's, y'know?? we can't use that as a comparison because it blows away all the competition, except maybe killzone 2

I have the demo for this game and its fantasic. Playing as Predator truely makes this game enjoyable. I love using his blade boomerang and the plasma gun.

i already payed for it cant wait to pick it up next week.then it on. i really hope the predator still has the disc,spear gun,web,and cannon,and some new cool things,and most of all the different sight veiws,and the zoom in. it would be cool if you could pick different aliens from different hosts like animal type aliens and predalien. and that would be sweet to see on film alien pods are picked up from a huge space ship carrieing a zoo onboard and the pods open and get on the different animals and the ship must try and make it the the planet befor they die,or something like that.could be cool.and i cant wait for the new predators film.

Playing as the Marine is definitely creepy... So far on the demo I've liked the alien the most, but I've got to get used to running on the walls and roof again :o)

This game will rock. The demo is awesome.The controls are shitty, but only because of the button config, which I know I'll be changing when I buy my copy. I have already logged countless hours on this silly demo alone. I'm a crackshot with the Predator Shoulder-cannon, a master of xenomorph transitioning, and a one man army as a marine already lol. I love to 2-piece Xeno's. My highest kill streak so far is 17 with a Predator.

MixBreed, I recently let my GameInformer subscription run out cause I got sick of those gamer magazine's biasing my viewpoint without playing the game. I have found with the demo that people either love it or hate in, not much middle ground. I personally love it, but I'm a bit of a fanboy. The button configuration in the demo is horrid and cramping, but I'm sure it can be altered on the actual game, but for now, playing a xeno for more than 30 minutes will give you temporary carpal tunnel. If I were trying to be a scrutinizing asshole, I'd probably say 7.0 for the demo, but this is only attributed to fanboy details that I'm sure will be fixed in final release. For instance, Xeno blood splash damage should be more threatening, stuff like that.

One thing I'm worried about that a I've heard is that the diferent marines, aliens, and predators are just different skins, not different classes. If this is true, then it's just unacceptable to me and lazy on part of the developers. I want to see a noticeable difference in multiplayer when I'm a marine and I encounter a Praetorian instead of the normal drones, etc. This is the only thing that could soil this game for me.

NateBest, The Marine has an awesome feel! Even when you're owning every noob in the room, you are still edgy and paranoid of every dark corner, and it only escalates when the beep of the motion detector whines higher *shudders*. I bet the Marine Campaign will be intense as hell.
