For those who are not familiar with the show, Doctor Who is a Sci-Fi adventure around a Timelord know as the Doctor. There have been ten versions of the Doctor going back to 1962(this includes David Tennant as the Doctor). Here are the trailers for the upcoming two part finale of David Tennant's version of the Doctor and the coming of the Eleventh Doctor(who will be played by Matt Smith)

Wait wait so why do the always change characters? I never watched the show I jus assumed that it was kinda like how they always changed James Bond. Each season a new actor kinda thing or they weren't happy with the contracts. So is Dr Who the same person or different people in different times? Some one?

He's the same person...and yeah it's sort of like james bond. The character the Doctor is a time traveling alien known as a Time Lord, and when he becomes mortally wounded he "regenerates" into a new form. Basically it's a plot device that allows the show to continue on even after the actor decides to leave.

I can't wait to see this, last Christmas I was lucky enough to find it online only two hours after it aired in the UK, I hope I'm as lucky this year.
