Moving targets are historically difficult to get a lock on, which is why people stand still while beaming anywhere. The problem wasn't the moving vehicle, it was the moving people.

Movie was poorly written. I'm not saying it had no entertainment value, or that if the writing was bad everything else was too, but I still wouldn't call it "good." It's just another generic popcorn flick: lots of goofy one-liners and rapid shot changes to keep short attention spans engaged, and an almost offensive degree of laziness in the storyline.

Though it does irk me that the writers clearly thought the audience was so dumb that they didn't have to work to write a story that made sense so long as there was always something pretty to look at. Then so many people just proved them right.
