There have already been rumblings that Gwyneth Paltrow will return as Pepper Potts in Spider-Man: Far From Home and that story is once again doing the rounds, this time via SuperBroMovies. We don't have any details on the size of her role but it's said that she'll make an appearance of some kind, something which does make sense seeing as we now know Happy Hogan will be showing up here.

The big question fans have is why Nick Fury, Maria Hill, Pepper Potts, and Happy Hogan are involved in Spider-Man's overseas adventure; could it have something to do with them keeping an eye on Peter Parker after Tony Stark's death in Avengers 4 or were those rumours that Mysterio steals some Stark tech accurate? For now, we'll obviously have to wait and see but we have no solid plot details.

What are your theories about Pepper's return in Spider-Man: Far From Home? Sound off down below.

Do not care. Gwyneth even did not want to be in MCU more. God knows how much marvel pay her for her return. But is she so important? No! Ofc, no.

@ComicKahn - On my list as well, although I did like her interaction with RDJ in IM1 and 2.
She can't be lower than Natalie Portman thought, can she?

@CapLithuania @ComicKahn

I actually enjoyed her chemistry with RDJ in Iron Man 1-3. They bounce off of each other really well.

I hope it is true considering she missed meeting him the first time at the end of Homecoming.

People around here won't like this. They'll make up a lame nickname like spider-potts or something like that and say the movie wasn't about spiderman. It's tough stuffed and everyone will reach a verdict before seeing it

What is with Marvel and forcing Iron Man elements into solo Spider-Man movies? I mean, Christ. Next thibg you know, War machine will be announced

@PeterSparker - Isn't it sort of the point of having an interconnected universe? No point in having an MCU if we insist on characters going solo. Homecoming still felt like Spider-Man (in fact the best on screen incarnation for me), same way Civil War still felt like a Captain America film with a great ensemble around him. Eh. Horses for courses but there are already plenty of solo Spider-man films to enjoy. Sony may yank him back soon so I say mingle while he still can!

@Catmanlives - cray, people used to complain that they didn't connect these movies enough. Now they complain that they do

@Vigor - I can only assume some people didn't want him in the MCU to begin with. Not me though. I frickin' love it!!!! As long as the crossovers are as organic as possible I'm happy!

@Catmanlives - I didn't care for Homecoming, personally. A lot of that had to do with the overinvolvment of Iron Man. Not a fan of how connected this version of Spider-Man is to Stark.

Well if Tony dies in Avengers 4, it would make sense to Peter to meet Pepper

I'm not expecting anything more than a cameo. No big deal. It's not like she'll be taking Mysterio down with him.

I'm definately not in the camp thats against Spidey mingling with the MCU. He may not even be able to before long so I'm down for all of this while they can still do it. Bring it on Marvel!

Oh man, these are some major death flags for Tony. If so, I can see Peter's grief causing him to open up to not being completely over Uncle Ben's death
