Michael Bay Talking Transformers 3 in 3-Dimensions ... and MORE!

MTV has revealed that Michael Bay might follow in James Cameron's footsteps and make the Transformers shine out of the screens. Plus... Even MORE robots!

Michael Bay has become a close partner with Paramount especially if he helped them stack in big greenbacks with his robotic franchise. His relationship with them seems very close like the family. Paramount sees Bay as their leader and even told him that their fate relies on him.

"I've become friends with these guys that run Paramount and they [told me,] 'We're going to get fired if we don't have a 2011 franchise,' so I'm like you can't let these guys down."

He went on to how he provided many people jobs with his film.

"When you say yes to movie like this you automatically give 3000 people jobs. 1000 for the toys. 2000 for the filmmaking. I'm going to put [the small film] on hold and do it right after ['Transformers 3']."

Micheal Bays' leadership does not seem to fade away anytime soon as he is ready to provide fans more robots and more plot twists.

"You can't just rehash the old," he explained. "We're adding a lot of new elements. We're adding new characters. We're adding a lot of twists." Characters? Twists?

Ever since Avatar's uprising with 3D, Bay has been experimenting scenes for Transformers 3 that may look fantastic popping out the big screen.

"It's a process we're testing with some 'Transformers' scenes," he said. "How successful it is with my movie in terms of a lot of real stuff coming out of the frame, real dirt, real complicated little particles coming towards the lens, because hopefully that process will work. I've seen some tests that look great on other movies. I just want to see how it looks on my footage."

Transformers 2 may not have been successful in terms of story driven quality, hopefully the 3rd sequel will be fixated more on the plot than more flashy flashy. It looks like he is still going for the shiny robots, but this time Avatar style.

Man I am actually getting tired of all this 3D crap. Why does almost every studio believe that if they make the film 3D then it will be better? It doesn't always work that way. When will this Transformers franchise end? Possibly when Megan fox becomes less attractive (which wont be for a while), or as long as people pay Michael Bay millions of dolalrs to make these mindless CGI action films

Dude just doesn't get it. The transformers films don't need more characters, they need more character development. The audience has to care for the people/machines on screen in order to be interested in them. Micheal Bay has not accomplished that. By the second movie the Autobots/Decepticons had so little screen time and development, that I just didn't give a damn about them.

I disagree. Transformers has always been about more characters.

@mario:Transformers are not that dramatic! It was enough to see Optimus Die twice and empathize with that.It was enough to see Bumblebee get f*ed up! I shed a single tear! Too much character development can be boring. Enough of it was established in the first movie. By part 2 we see the robots going almost fullscale war: Hence the title Revenge of the fallen.

Thats all the drama u need from this kind of film. It's fantasy, fiction, chaos, giant transforming robots fighting it out.

I like TF2 the way it is and I can watch more meaningful and dramatic movies with a plot. Come on Bay bring in the 3D i'm not stopping you! LoL!!!!

3D isnt always good for every movie. But Transformers (if he can find a way to make your eyes figure out whose hitting who) and 3d might be a good way. I loved part 1 and 2 and can't wait for the 3rd! I agree we need Prowl, Wheeljack, Mirage, and "maybe" construction of the dinobots but we need wheeljack in first with "possibly" the Ark and THEN grimlock, swoop, snarl and the other one...umm...cant remember his name lol....slug? lol. Same with the Decepticons..we need thundercracker, lazerbeak, rumble, and skywarp. Im a marvel fan but the way everything has been going straight to hell with spiderman, the way the huge publicity for Iron Man 2, No one knows who is going to be Cap, etc, etc....im more hyped for TF3 than any movie comming out or being made within the next few months till the next decade! lol
Same with DC! im already starting to get irritated with any and all Dark Knight 3 news, Green Lantern, The Flash, and old biscuit betty bottoms! Im more hyped about T3 than any other movie right now!

sorry, kinda fed up with rumors, links and B.S that no one can verify... :/
