Transformer 3 already in the Works

Going to see the 2nd one tonight, heard it wasn't that great so I will see for myself. If they do make a third, hopefully some dinobots show up in it :D

Darker in what way? everything is gonna be shot at night? with no street lights? If i hear one more movie going the "darker" route.......

If they plan to take this story further in regards to Cybertron, they're going to have to take the focus away from the human characters. I think it's very convenient that the whole cast sticks together for the second one. Does anyone really care about them that much?

I actually went on google this morning after seeing the second film "which was kick ass" and found out that the 3rd film is set for July 1, 2011.

I want Tidle Wave and Dinobots!

I want to see Grimlock, but Omega Supreme most of all.

WOW another film, i agree with Michael Bay saying he needs time off, its understandable, i just cant wait for them to start filming and having a script ready

Let's hope Shia survives long enough to make to Transfomers 3. Making it 'darker' may not be in the cards given Bay's mentor Spielberg has final say.

if someone has to die make it 50% of the human cast or else dont bother calling it Transformers again lol

good movie. not great. Space bridge teleportation-Let it slide. Secret Rail Gun that happens to be in exact proximity of super huge bad guy at a time when satelittes are down-A little to Deus Ex Machina BS for me. Where the F did Ratchet and Ironhide go for the entire movie???? Why the F weren't they there to fight with Prime? Please don't tell me its because they had to stay on the road because they were in vehicle-mode. The shot that cuts to them on the road while he is fighting highly suggests that. Why was Bumblebee acting like a puppy-dog? Why was he also only used primarily as a taxi? It was said the twins combined into a bigger robot at some point outside of a combined vehicle mode...Nope. Why the F did Jetfire teleport them to Egypt, give up and give them HIS 2000 year mission and then SPLIT...? He became an Autobot after merely asking is the war still going on...and as a personal choice??? REALLY? Why did they waste CGI on that crappy robot made of ball bearings? His formation was cool but he looked like what was left of Frenzy. Ravage could have done more damage on that base...pretty lame. Grindor=lame, don't know why but I liked Blackout more. Scorponok hides for the entire movie and survives the last one only to die in mere seconds...1st one had to much robot talkin and not enough fightin, this one just the opposite. Not that the fightin wasnt good, it was just not important due to that fact that several of the robots fighting were never really introduced properly. Constructicons LOOK FANTASTIC. To Bad the Introduction lacked any impact and the robot forms were hard to observe at times due to speed of the action. A tad overboard with the Slo-Mo, but this of course is Bay's signature. Maybe a new director wouldnt be so bad, just keep the writers and DONT RUSH THEM this time. Other than all that, Not too bad...3.5 outta 5. Almost as good as the first but def not better.
