The name of Transformers 3 is:

Transformers: The Dark of the Moon

Yeah. Too bad we don't really know anything about this movie, so the title would make more sense. Here's what Seibertron says:

Seibertron member Albershide has informed us that Amazon.com has listed 3 new books that scheduled to be released in 17th May 2011.

These new books are presumed to tie in with the 3rd installation of Transformers Live Action Movie. With this also revealed the title of Transformers 3.

The books are:

a) Transformers: The Dark of the Moon: Secret of the Autobots

b) Transformers: The Dark of the Moon: Autobots Betrayed!

c) Transformers: The Dark of the Moon: Invasion of the Decepticons

Also according to DomainTools.com, the Transformersthedarkofthemoonmovie.com has been created in 13th September 2010.

surely its the dark SIDE of the moon - or cant they get the rights off pink floyd? 'the dark of the moon' is stupid and doesnt make sense as a statement or even a sentence. the revenge of the fallen clearly tells you that the villian is The Fallen and he wants revenge. what is this? the moons pissed off? or has become emo? the title will probably change as this is retarded.

Y'all do know this film will use The Space Race between US and Russia as a huge plot point, right? Hence the name Dark of The Moon since they'll likely incorporate the Transformers into that historical event ala Watchmen with the Cold War

I think IF Unicron is in the movie then Unicron could be hiding behind the moon.

My younger brother (now in college) told me that his teacher told his class that people live in the dark of the moon and are afraid to travel into the light. You laugh at first, but then the maddening thought of OMG I can't prove his teacher wrong pops into the mind. lol. It is one of those what if...

I thought the previous film was garbage, but it made lots of money & I honestly hope they tried to correct all the crap from before. However I doubt it judging by the title.
