There's not a whole lot of information here that we haven't already heard through rumors and various promotional things, but it gives us a more straight forward plotline for the movie.

The 'Transformers: Dark of the Moon' novel was written by Peter David and will be available for sale on May 24th. The 400 page novel is set to cost about $8.99.

"ONE SMALL STEP FOR MAN...

All humankind was watching that fateful day in 1969. But only a handful knew the real mission behind America's triumph in space. Now the treacherous Decepticons have set their sights on unearthing government secrets. Novels make pretty much difference from the movie, well maybe won't checking on it!

they actually made a novel to this?! LOL, what's next? the novelization of "Cat and the Hat?" just the fact that this is michael bay, i know that the story is on the same literacy/intellectual level of a 5 year old...
