Michael Bay the man behind the exploding buildings, cars, helicopters, airplanes, people, and two story tall robots responds to all the quitting rumors.

On if he will return to the franchise Bay had this to say:

"Hah, love press how they spin. Never said it - just wanted a vacation is more to the point. And no I don't read the good or the bad reviews."

We all knew Bay was going to take a break between Transformers Revenge Of The Fallen and the yet untitled Transformers 3. Someone heard him say he wanted a vacation and then blew it up as Bay was quitting. Knew it wasn't true.

Yeah Ror, him saying that doesn't lead to the exact same probability to him taking a vacation as it does him quitting, so don't complain about people taking something hes said and running with their point because its just another lovely conversation between the kettle and the pot.

(I read Howletts article but unless the interview is a video clip Im more likely to believe he didn't say most of whats in there")

Howlett check the source if you dont believe me. And if you guys believed that Bay wasnt going to do a third Transformers movie then your living in your own lil fantasy worlds. Come on guys Bay also said there was no Megatron in Transformers 2. What did you expect.

I for one am glad to hear that the media is yet again jumping to conclusions like ball sucking douche bags. I think Bay is doing a fantastic job so far one the Transformers. Sure there is some dumb crap in his movies, but what movie doesn't have something dumb? Oh the Dark Knight. Well I thought it was dumb to kill Two Face. There. For once they made a kickass Twoface and then teabagged him. Anyway, back to the topic. I'd like to see him finish his take on the Transformers and then if he didn't want to do it after that, have someone else try their hand at it and end up creating a Superman 3 like movie for the series. If Bay was so bad at making Transformers, none of you naysayers would see them, but you do, so I guess they aren't bad. You just feel the need to bring the movies down to keep your douchbag personas in check.

Michael Bay not doing another TF movie makes absolutely no sense....venturing into the drama or "no explosion" field, makes even less sense. . . .

Bay can make his none explosion movie as long as we still get our a$$ kickin robots for a 3rd run with the same person that established the series, changing directors for movies based on properties like this never works.

If directors change we get shit like Batman Forever/B&R, X3: the last stand. Directors need to stick to a series that they started or it seems to get turned into trash by the hacks that take their place.
