Following an extremely well-received freshman outing, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has officially announced that Harley Quinn: The Complete First Season will arrive on DVD on June 2.

Unfortunately, the DVD set will be light on special features, but it will contain all thirteen episodes from the critically acclaimed first season in their gloriously uncensored entirety, so if you've been holding out on checking out the fan-favorite DC series, now is the perfect time.

The second season of the Kaley Cuoco-fronted series is currently streaming on the DC Universe, with new episodes debuting on a weekly basis. It is also expected to run for thirteen episodes.

BURBANK, CA (April 16, 2020) – Harley Quinn premiered on DC UNIVERSE this past November to rave reviews from critics and fans alike. Available on DVD June 2, 2020 for $24.98, the set features all 13 half-hour episodes.

Harley Quinn has finally broken things off once and for all with the Joker and attempts to make it on her own as the criminal Queenpin of Gotham City. With the help of Poison Ivy and a ragtag crew of DC castoffs, Harley tries to earn a seat at the biggest table in villainy - the Legion of the Doom. She’s got her eyes on the prize and nothing can stop her, except maybe Batman and Commissioner Gordon or her jealous, deranged ex. But don’t worry - she’s got this. Or does she? So strap in for this non-stop, demented thrill ride!

Produced by Warner Bros. Animation, and based on the characters from DC, Harley Quinn: The Complete First Season boasts an all-star voice cast including Kaley Cuoco (The Big Bang Theory) as Harley Quinn, Lake Bell (Bless This Mess), Jason Alexander (Seinfeld), Tony Hale (VEEP), J.B. Was waiting for episodes of season 2 to build up a bit before watching them, with 3 of them out now I think I'll catch up tonight

@Spawnnn - No shit,I thought people/users of this site might have actually watched this.

My mistake the comment sections of this article and many others are full of opinions that haven't even seen or read whatever the conversation is about.

@marvel72 - I think it's very funny, if you like Archer or Rock and Morty especially. It also proves it's possible to do an elseworlds type thing and still be true to the characters

Just recently got into this show, and I gotta say, I'm definitely arriving late to the party. Harley Quinn is a genuinely great show with great versions of iconic characters and interesting takes on the Batman mythos.

Also, I've been discussing it lately with my friends and we've decided that Alan Tudyk should be the new OFFICIAL VOICE of the Joker now that Mark Hamill is weening off the role these last several years. He's got that same kind of manic energy Hamill brought to the role and can portray the silly and the scary just as well as Hamill could.

Just my opinion though

@xfan320 - Something about Tudyk's take is that he's actually funny, something a lot of recent takes haven't really had

@tmp3 - agree 100%! He's not "trying" to be funny, he just IS!

@xfan320 - I like him, but his Joker is still just a Mark Hamill approximation, and out of the Hamill impersonators, Troy Baker is still the best.

This show is fantastic. It took me awhile to get over Harley's voice, but I'm fine with it now.

It's a very funny show, but I also love when they have some dramatic moments sprinkled in here and there.

Good show it won me over but I don’t like how serious characters have funny moments in show Batman , robin , Gordon , it’s almost trying be LEGO Batman with dark humor
