It's almost time for the fourth (and possibly final) season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and Marvel has released another promo to tide us over 'till the 20th. The sneak peek from the season premiere revealed that Daisy is finally being referred to by her Marvel Comics code-name, Quake, and it looks like she's going to have a new attitude to go with the mantle.

They seem to be pushing the powerful Inhuman's showdown with Ghost Rider as the main selling point this season, so let's hope it doesn't disappoint.

I really hope this re-energizes AoS. I was/am this show's defender, and season 2 was excellent. Season 3 started strong but the second half after the winter break lost me. They just when too deep into daytime soap territory.

When Oliver Queen fought Ras Al Ghul, as much as i disliked Season 3, i liked that he owned his arrow ass, cause it showed that just cause Oliver was the main character, he couldn't stand against someone like Ras the head of the demon, and wasn't some OP batman wanna be that could beat all the boss characters in the world.

I hope that they don't have Quake beat Robbie just cause this is Agents of Shield.

@TheSoulEater - holy [frick] was just thinking about this, that fight was literally the last time Arrow was a good show. After the mid season finale it all went downhill.

I honestly think that that should've been the end finale episode for season 3 instead of the mid-season finale. Use the rest of the episode in season 3 to just build up the league, how much of a threat it was, and Ras was, then end the season with Oliver dying(allegedly) and being kicked off the mountain.

Then have next season be about him recovering, and returning , and it not be due to will power. Have Tatsu secure a remedy made from the forbidden pit to bring Oliver about because of the life debt of him saving his son all those years ago, even though he eventually did die.

Also have Katana be like a rogue agent, like a Winter Soldier, used by China White and fueled by bitterness at the loss of her child, and blame tatsu. That will make the forgiving of him all the more bittersweet when after reconciling, her sword is used to capture Tatsu's soul when in the hands of another league member.

Have Thea Queen die , sure, but as collateral damage , and not because Ras wants to retire so so badly, and will literally dress up as Oliver himself to frame him and kidnap the Police Commissioner to his lair just to tell him that Oliver is the Arrow and then leave....

THEN Oliver will join the league on the condition they can bring Thea from the brink of death with the pit.

Thea comes back but comes back "damaged", altered, and not in the "only remembering Malcom even though she knew him the least amount of time in her life....

Have her come back with few , splintered memories, and one goal , to not be tied down, be her own woman, and do what she wants to do and put an arrow....or Sai....in anyone who gets in her way with a pair of sai's she takes from a league member she kills in escaping.

She then becomes the persona of "The Cheshire" from her favorite book (alice in wonderland) she does remember, who can disapear anytime she wants to forget about her problems when the world doesn't make sense.

She'll then be a character of interest for Oliver, Malcom, and Roy to find before she goes to far or gets herself killed, and is a kind of Catwoman character of the show, who has feelings for Roy...but also resentment even though she can't remember why.

And as you can guess, it'll end in a season where Thea's pregnant with Roy and her's daughter, Lian.

@CaptainAmerica - Maybe Ollie actually died, and the rest of the show really is Guggenheim's fan fiction.

What pissed me off more was how shoe-horned and useless slade wilson's part in the show was. He escapes, acts crazy again, then is put back in his cell.

Also, how Ras wanted so very badly for his daughter to marry Oliver , and for him to be the new head of the Demon, as if he wanted to die ...which negates his character. Ras stays death for as long as he can, pathologically. Even in finding a successor, it's only as a precaution , not cause he's at any point welcoming of death by natural means.

And if he did want a successor so bad, WHY Oliver? He's one of the worst candidates you could have and would have to literally break him and teach him from scratch to be League Worthy. WHy all that trouble?

SLADE is a much more of a logical choice! He's more experienced then Oliver in War, and espionage, stronger than he is, smarter than he is, already agrees with League Ideology, and performed a League of Shadows-esque coup and sacking of an entire city, BY HIMSELF, because he was pissed off at ONE man.

He makes much more sense.

So in season 4 we introduce another bad guy, King Cobra. Leader of Cobra and boss of China White. Merlin is with them currently, and it is from them he got the serum to frame Thea with.

Cobra has a plan to infect Star city with a snake venom based pathogen that only they have the cure to, spreading to the rest of the world, and thus putting them in supreme power.

The League thinks that Star City needs to be gotten rid of anyway, and figure this is a two birds one stone thing, even though they are enemies and on principle, they SHOULD be trying to kill them.

So when Oliver and Thea are on the island, have them be attacked by pirates again that Argus allows to have haven there as a cover, and Thea almost get killed. But then she gets saved, BY Slade Wilson, who's escaped from Argus.

Slade has burned off the Mirakuru madness, and is setting himself to be a mercenary, adopting his professional code again, hence his saving Thea's life because he admits, what he did under the influence of madness, as extensively as he did, was uncalled for, and doesn't care if they don't forgive him (which they won't), he did this for him, because he owed them that.

Then Agus capture all 3 of them, and now that Oliver is officially "Dead" since his run in with Ras on the mountain top, Argus wants to use him on their suicide Squad, and they've put Slade on the Squad as well because although the madness is gone, he still is stronger and faster than any normal man, and can still heal faster, though not immortal anymore, which is what he wanted to escape from them. This is discovered when they find out Argus was trying to replicate the mirikuru in him but found it to be a dead end so they sufficed for making him work for them.

Katana is on the squad as well against her will, and so is Boomerang.

So Slade and Oliver have to work together to get out of it. While Thea works alongside Katana and Captain Boomerang.

They all escape except for Boomerang, and Oliver and Thea are reunited with their friends Diggle and Mrs. Diggle, and Slade is picked up by another mysterious organization...the League of Shadows.

They give him purpose again. They tell him that the people who killed his son, were in fact the legion of Cobra, fighting with them, makes them his enemy theirs.

When Thea is murdered as i said before, as collateral damage, that's when Oliver decides to offer himself to the league, but not as a subservient. He challenges Ras for the title of head of the demon, which his team of course think he's crazy for doing.

However the twist of this episode is another challenger steps up for the same mantle, and that challenger is Slade Wilson.

Ras likes him better, even though there's potential promise in Oliver, and there's a stronger argument for why Slade would be perfect, so they'll have to contest against each other for the title.

And obviously Nyssa doesn't like the idea of serving or having to marry Slade because how he hurt Sarah, but it's not like her father cares.

Slade then becomes sort of like what Bane was in the Dark Knight Rises to Oliver's Batman.

So Nyssa trains Oliver to be good enough to take the roll of head of the Demon, just so long as once he wins, he gives the place rightfully to her again...and in return....she will leave Star City alone. (Which is something she's canonically done in an alternate U btw).

Rather than have the finale be another repeat of a sacking of Star City by the league again. Have it be keeping the League from getting their hands on an ARGUS super weapon that will aid them in their pathogen, and obviously it isn't good that league nor cobra get their hands on it.

And be in competition with Cobra over it. Only now on Cobra's side is Thea Queen, as Cheshire, her father Merlin and Katana.

So we see King Cobra fighting the League of Shadows in what is essentially a battle of the secret orgs.

In this final battle, Ras is killed (allegedly) Slade learns his son is still alive out there, that he was used, and abandons the league for it. Oliver turns the league over Nyssa who vows to leave Star City alone.

Katana has regained her memories and love for her husband by this point and turned on Cobra so King Cobra goes to stab her with her own sword, and her husband gets in the way, his soul seeping into it.

Katana is heart broken and has a duel with him to the death for it. Now with none of her family left except for the lingering soul in her sword.

Thea Queen regains her memories but still is jaded towards her brother and Roy and especially her father, who she shoots to keep him from following her. He doesn't pursue because as he says "he deserved that." but still vanishes like the magician he is. She also makes Oliver promise not to look for her, he does begrudginly.

Thea reunites with Roy Harper later and the two consummate their tension towards each other for hurting each other, resulting in the "making" of Lian Harper for next season.

Oliver saves Star City from being killed by the pathogen and they distribute the cure with his company, putting it in the black again. But now Thea's on the lamb, but in her right mind, knowing his doors always open, and Roy will keep looking for her, as he made no such promise.

Slade Wilson becomes a mercenary for hire , with his own Honor code, becoming the threat that no one messes with; becoming DEATHSTROKE. And he's looking for his son while he's at it.

Felicity will NOT be with Oliver because she will be with Ray Palmer, because we can all agree, as cute as it may have been... OLICITY is a bane to our existence now.

Thank you so much.

Also Seasons 5's villain wouldn't be Damien Dhark or whoever, it'll be an ACTUAL person who Ras Al Ghul is intimidated by and faked his death for, and is the only one who he knows who's older than him, Vandal Savage.

Who won't be played by the Heroes of Tomorrow guy who thinks he's Jafar they got.

It'll be someone who conveys he's been around for years, cool calculated, and menacing like the one in the animated series or Young Justice. Acting like Silva in Skyfall, and he'll be played by Jimmy Smitts from DEXTER and Sons of Anarchy.

His plan could even be a bit like Dhark's, only he won't be a fanfiction OC with "All the powers evah", and will actually just simply be smarter, and better than the heroes.

In this season, they don't win...so much as survive. Thus ushering Vandal Savage to be a sort of universal threat for all the heroes, Flash, Green Arrow, the Atom, everyone.

The villain for Heroes of Tomorrow can be Felix Faust, who years ago will have been a royal adviser to the pharaoh instead of Savage, only the Pharoh will actually be Vandal Savage himself.

And when the heroes of Tomorrow stop Felix Faust their first Season, we see that Vandal Savage is the REAL puppet master and smooth operator, and Moriarty of this whole affair.

...that's just how i'd do it anyway.
