CLOAK & DAGGER Have A Lot Of Anger Inside Of Them In These New Promos For The Upcoming Marvel Show
Next month, fans will finally see the premiere of the new Freeform and Marvel series Cloak & Dagger, and 2 new promos for the superhero show have now been released online. Hit the jump to check them out...
The latest Marvel series, Cloak & Dagger, will finally premiere next month on Freeform, and while that’s still a ways off, the show’s marketing continues to reveal new exciting bits from the upcoming superhero show.
The promos do contain footage we’ve seen in previous trailers and TV spots, but they also feature several new scenes focused on the series’ heroic duo.
Among the new snippets of footage in the “Poison” and “Justice” promos, are moments that see the “Divine Pair” discuss the people they’ve lost. We also see young heroes Tyrone and Tandy decide to take justice into their own hands and face the corrupt Roxxon Corporation
Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger is the story of Tandy Bowen (Olivia Holt) and Tyrone Johnson (Aubrey Joseph) – two teenagers from very different backgrounds, who find themselves burdened and awakened to newly acquired superpowers which are mysteriously linked to one another. Tandy can emit light daggers and Tyrone has the ability to engulf others in darkness. They quickly learn they are better together than apart, but their feelings for each other make their already complicated world even more challenging.
Marvel and Freeform's Cloak & Dagger premieres June 7.
