According to Variety, Jill Marie Jones (probally best known by us for her small role in 'Sleepy Hollow') has been cast opposite Bruce Campbell in Starz upcoming 'Ash vs. Evil Dead'.
Jones will be playing the female lead, Amanda Fisher, a disgraced state tropper. Apparently at first she believes Ash is responsible for the grizzley murder of her partner, but later discovers that he and his cohorts are the last hope for humanity.
Jill Marie Jones joins a cast that includes Bruce Campbell, Ray Santiago and Dana DeLorenz. The show will begin filming in New Zealand this spring and air later this year.
