VIDEO GAMES: Batman Arkham City To Be An Ongoing Game

Batman: Arkham City will be in ongoing game which means you will be able to download future episodes to extend the story.

Batman: Arkham City's DLC will allow the next Batman game to be an ongoing one. In other words, players will be able to download new "episodes". In an interview with site Comic Booked, Kevin Conroy stated

"You’re going to be able to download future episodes of it, so it’s going to be going on for quite a while. I’ve been recording it for a while. So that will continue."




There's a chance that he could simply mean more challenge maps, but i think most fans would want to believe that more episodes will be made available.

That is AWESOME!!! I kinda hope this includes episodes for the other characters too! I would love to play as Nightwing in the campaign

what would be cool is, like with the Ultimate Spider-Man game, where you can play both sides of the story, is if you could play the story as some of the villains. like what happens with them. particuarly Joker, Bane, Hugo Strange, Riddler, Black Mask, and Mr. Freeze.

I want them to do even more sequels! :)

also I'd love for Rocksteady to make games for some other characters in the DCU, such as: Superman, WW, and GL... they'd make some great stuff with them... :) idk who else...

@RunDTC - play lego batman ;)

I am super stoked for this game, while its awesome we get to play campaign with another character, I'm bummed its not nightwing or one of the many robins. Still get to use them in challenge maps at least. Ill be on holiday in florida when this comes out, but I have it preordered so at least itll be there for me when I get back!

I hope this game does have forever amount of playability.

with Batman Arkham City, Gears Of War 3, Modern Warfare 3, X-men Destiny, Spider-Man Edge of Time, PES 2012, Street Fighter X Tekken, Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City, Two new rugby games and new DLC for Black Ops all coming out i don't think ill be leaving my house in the near future

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS I can't wait for this game to come out. This is what a super-hero game is suppose to be about. I hope futher DLC includes Nightwing Barbara Gordon as Batgirl,Batwoman and The Question. I'm going to reserve my copy for the PS3 today.

Maybe they could take a shot at a game based on another cartoon/comic book franchise. What about a He-Man game or GI JOE(not movie tie-in), maybe Thundercats
