UPDATE: 20th Century Fox Confirms A New Trailer For X-MEN: APOCALYPSE Will Arrive Tomorrow
It's been expected for a while, but now it's official. A new trailer for Bryan Singer's highly anticipated X-Men: Apocalypse will be hitting the web tomorrow. Come check out two awesome photos now!
20th Century Fox has confirmed that the third and presumably final trailer for Bryan Singer's X-Men: Apocalypse will indeed arrive tomorrow. The follow-up to the critically acclaimed 2014 blockbuster X-Men: Days Of Future Past will find our heroes battling a force unlike any they've faced before and far more powerful.
There's been much speculated about the upcoming trailer, but there's a pretty good chance it'll be fairly similar to the one shown at CinemaCon earlier this month with maybe a few alterations. In case you needed a refresher, the CinemaCon trailer featured some epic footage including Professor X receiving a beat-down from the titular villain, Mystique rescuing Nightcrawler, Quicksilver talking about his father, the X-Men coming together, an intense conversation between Charles & Erik, Psylocke vs. Beast, Cyclops vs. Storm, and a lot more! There was also a rumor circulating that Hugh Jackman's beloved Wolverine would make his debut in the trailer, but since it didn't it pan out, it'll be interesting to see whether he makes an appearance tomorrow.

Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshipped as a god. Apocalypse, the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel's X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, becoming immortal and invincible. Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto (Michael Fassbender), to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign. As the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance, Raven (Jennifer Lawrence) with the help of Professor X (James McAvoy) must lead a team of young X-Men to stop their greatest nemesis and save mankind from complete destruction.
