So with no Celestial or even Kang... how the hell will he get the technology upgrade? I mean I guess seeing him without technology wouldn't be too bad... but it is apart of the character like Mr. Sinister being an insane geneticists: Apocalypse is the crazed first mutant ever amped up by alien technology to God-like power.

I hope Age of Apocalypse adds Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch to the cast with Storm, Jean, Beast and Cyclops while making Wolverine, Gambit, Mystique and Angel the four horsemen. For people who complain that the cast features too many people, we are talking about an Apocalypse movie. This is a movie to go all out when it comes to epic battles.

I don't think anyone is going to care is Apocalypse get's the technology upgrade. He's just a extremely powerful mutant anyway so why would they need to complicate things.

I'm hesitant on this subject matter, but I expect Apocalypse will be redesigned in some way. I hope he isn't, but it's very likely.

Loved the Apocalypse ending, but I admit I was very unhappy to see him as a skinny white kid. He should at least be played by someone Egyptian looking.

Apoc was abandoned because of his skin tone and features, he shouldn't look like every other Egyptian. He is gray, as was shown on screen. They should have gave him his lips though.

They shouldn't have to get into details about where/who the tech came from, just call it alien. Besides wouldn't Fox have some claim to kang, being a relative of reed and all. So leave the celestial out of it, and just use Rama tut regeneration Chamber.

I would love for in xmen Apocalypse

For apocalypse to get a hold of a child Angel since in the timeline he's a kid
And for apocalypse to genetically engineer him to become a adult Archangel

While the movie may not necessarily need Scarlet Witch, they do need other X-Men. The only foreseeable way that an X-Men movie with just Jean, Cyclops, Storm, Beast, Quicksilver and Magneto (Wolverine, Gambit, Mystique, Nightcrawler have not been confirmed as being X Men in the movie)could possibly defeat the four horsemen and Apocalypse is if the horsemen and Apocalypse are powered down significantly. And Apocalypse being powered down would likely generate more complaints than the addition of Scarlet Witch to the cast. After all, it was pointed out in DOFP that Scarlet did exist in the X-Men universe but was not included in the film because they did not want to shove her in just for the sake.

I think Apoc gets his alien tech from another entity, and if Fox plays it smart they tie that into Shi'ar Empire...Maybe we get clarification on who can use Skrulls.. :)

@sinsear i actually think there is a hard date on all the movie rights...maybe LONG time from now..someone was tossing around 2020 or 2025...i wish we could get access to the docs so we would know more..would tell us on what they would be capable of planning in time given

Maybe they could go with the Shi'ar for the tech and armor?

Totally agreed, not only does this still make sense alien tech wise but it also opens the door for the Phoenix saga to be re-explored "but in space!" :O
