The ultimate X-Men ensemble fights a war for the survival of the species across two time periods in X-Men: Days of Future Past. The beloved characters from the original X-Men film trilogy join forces with their younger selves from X-Men: First Class, in an epic battle that must change the past to save our future.

X-Men: Days of Future Past's huge all-star cast includes Hugh Jackman, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Jennifer Lawrence, Daniel Cudmore, Nicholas Hoult, Peter Dinklage, Halle Berry, Adan Canto, Anna Paquin, Evan Peters and Ellen Page, and it went on sale digitally today with a DVD and Blu-ray release set for October 14th.

Great movie.

I feel like I've seen all the extras already and didn't even have to buy it.

"The beloved characters from the original X-Men film trilogy join forces with their younger selves from X-Men: First Class, in an epic battle that must change the past to save our future."

What bothers me about this is Charles was the only one to meet his younger self, if I remember correctly.

Based on this piece, I'm curious to know where Fox goes after "X-Men: Apocalypse". They're saying that's the third part in the First Class trilogy. Are we getting another class after that with characters like Bishop, Blink and Sunspot?

I''m just hoping they go the Shi'ar Empire/Phoenix route after Apocalypse. They might go the Mr.Sinister route but Phoenix would keep the bubble expanding without a doubt.

I think I wouldn't mind it if we continue to see Quicksilver and even Scarlet Witch in the next X-Men movies but as long as they keep them on Magneto's side. I'd hate it if they were like "this character is so popular. let's make him an x man"
