Last night, we caught our first look at the Blu-ray gift sets for David Ayer's Suicide Squad and today, we have for you another awesome Collector's Edition, this time for Justin Lin's Star Trek Beyond!

The Amazon-exclusive gift set will come equipped with a copy of the film on 4K Ultra HD, 3D Blu-ray, Blu-ray, & Digital HD along with a very cool limited edition statue of the USS Franklin. And, thankfully for fans, this set won't cost an arm and a leg as it's currently listed for retail at the very generous price of $49.99. Details on the release date, special features, steelbooks, and other special editions are still likely a ways away, but it's probably not a stretch to assume that the critically acclaimed film will likely arrive on home video just in time for Christmas.

The cover art is subject to change, but check out the statue below and click the image to reserve yourself a copy today:
After stopping off at Starbase Earhart, a remote outpost on the fringes of Federation space, the USS Enterprise, halfway into their five-year mission, is destroyed by a powerful, unstoppable wave of unknown aliens. With the crew stranded on a unknown planet and with no apparent means of rescue, they find themselves in conflict with a new ruthless enemy who has a well-earned hatred of the Federation and what it stands for.

Star Trek Beyond will feature:
Director: Justin Lin
Chris Pine as Captain James T. Kirk
Zachary Quinto as Commander Spock
Zoe Saldana as LT Nyota Uhura
Karl Urban as LCDR Dr. Leonard "Bones" McCoy
Simon Pegg as LCDR Montgomery "Scotty" Scott

Idris Elba as Krall
Sofia Boutella as Jaylah
Joe Taslim in an undisclosed role

The movie is pretty damn good. The reason it's not doing well is because of the trailers. It deserves to do better.

Awww that's awesome! I need to get my hands on this one! This was such a great movie, love how they gave love to one of the NX class ships. Was thinking we would get a Easter egg about Captain acher somewhere, oh well!

Part of me wonders why they didn't just make the Franklin the same exact class as Archer's Enterprise. If you're going to make them different ships, why not make them look different? Why the same but different?

This is not a criticism. It's just a question I would ask the design team because I'm curious.

Still havent seen it yet. And I feel terrible about it conisdering how Simon Pegg played such a massive role in this one. Im a huge fan of his and have been for a long time now. That man is so insanely talented. Maybe Ill go tomorrow.
