Am I the only one who thinks the teaser picture looks a bit like Swamp Thing?

Ah. I see. Missed the last few Gothams, Flashs, and Constantines. Need to spend a day watching them.

Is this show worth the time? I've never really given it a chance.

Depends. Like for me, I've always been a big Harvey Bullock fan and I lost how the show does him. I like Gordon, Falcone, Maroni, and especially Penguin. Penguin is no doubt the best thing about the show. Also young Bruce and Alfred is good along with Thomas Elliot.

But I feell like they force too much Batman foes. I didn't mind Catwoman was a thief on the streets or them using the venom Bane uses in a case. Thought that was really clever way to use hint at Bane without it being in your face.

But stuff like Ivy, Dent, Nygma, and Fish kind of piss me off. Worse thing hands down is Barbara.

The show needs a vigilante if it is going to last even if it isn't Batman yet. I still really feel Dr. Mid-Nite would be great.

Also, I can't wait to finally see the Spectre on Constantine tonight.

I haven't started watching this show yet, but Bruce Wayne is a kid in this, looks to be about 12 or so.

So if they are introducing all of his super villains in this show, with the assumption that Batman will eventually grow up to fight them, won't they all be like 10-30 years his senior by that time?

When batman is in his 30s and 40s, Joker will be in his 50s?

This seems wrong.

The show is improving. I just wished they did a time jump next season and just give us a late teens or young-adult bruce along with the villains.

The only characters who are a lot older than Bruce would be Penguin, and Riddler. But I can definitely get behind the idea of an age difference between Batman and Penguin. The other characters like Catwoman, Posion Ivy and Scarecrow are at most 5 years older or younger (especially in Scarecrow's case, he's probably 16 to Bruce's 12-13)

So the age gaps aren't really as large as you think. Also there hadn't been any confirmation that the Joker is showing up any time soon.
