Last night episode was just OK for me. I think seeing Eddie McClintock in there just gave it a cheesy SyFy channel vibe and I had a hard time watching it. I felt like I was watching another episode of Warehouse 13 and I can't stand that show.

Great episode last night. Awesome to see and hear Kree history on TV. Marvel is showing they have no limit of stories and characters to tap in to. Can't wait for next week.

P.S. I think Bobbi and Mack are working for S.W.O.R.D.

@GliderMan, Don't get me wrong I'm really into this season. I just couldn't shake the Warehouse 13 vibe I was getting last night. Also, they really need to hurry up with the whole Skye situation. If it takes the rest of the season for her to get her powers under control, I think the show will lose a lot of momentum it has built up. People got really excited to see Quake on TV and if they don't give us that by the end of the season I think some of the naysayers will go back to naysaying. I understand that it should be a long process because it wouldn't make sense for her to understand her powers right away, but I'm got kind of annoyed that it took them as long as it did to connect Skye to the earthquakes.

This is the best comic book tv show out. for those that don't like it, how do you know it sucks? do you watch every episode so that you can complain about how awful it is? if so...get out more, you are wasting your life. watch shows you like and don't watch those you don't like...yea, I know, it's rocket science right?
for that matter, why do people waste time clicking on article about shows they don't like? damn, people are sad

Man the ratings on "Agents of Shield" are going down HARD. 1.4 down 5 TENTHS since the beginning of this season. If this keeps up, this show ain't getting a 4th season.

They're gonna get a 3rd FOR SURE, but a 4th? I don't think even syndication will "save "AoS".

As for this being "the best comic book show out" I disagree. I like "Arrow" and "The Flash" way more, but I still enjoy "AoS".

Funny enough, "The Flash" has been SUPER solid staying around 1.3/1.4/1.5 and "Arrow" is doing amazingly this season. It opened with a 0.9 and is currently doing around 1.1/1.2.

@RocketRed

Last week's ratings were great.

Everything was down last night. Even NCIS earned it's series low last night.

And AoS has some of the best DVR numbers on tv. ABC and Marvel know this, plus it's Hulu plays are really high. The show is in no danger at all.
Negan

The Flash is probably the best comic book show out right now. It's almost embarrassing to other shows how damn good that series is. The Walking Dead is the second best. Haven't seen Gotham or Arrow.

@Merc

Live +3 is not gonna save this show. SHIELD did 1.6 live which was alright, but 1.4? If this episode doesn't adjust up, things are gonna start looking grim for "AoS".

The only network that takes that (and streaming) into account is the CW.

RocketRed
RocketRed - 3/11/2015, 2:28 PM
@EzioKenway1225

They should, but ultimately if it doesn't perform well live it gets the ax. Even if adjusts up, it's down 4 tenths from Season Premiere.The numbers aren't looking good.

Do you wanna make a bet? If AoS gets down to 1.1 (which is a possibility) I say it will undoubtedly be cancelled.

I'm willing to bet money. Are you?

MercwithMouth
MercwithMouth - 3/11/2015, 3:09 PM
@RocketRed

It did adjust up, to a 1.5. Trust us, we've been following the ratings systems, and DVR and streaming numbers have become very important for network tv. ABC has even done an interview on the subject, praising the DVR numbers for AoS, and telling us they are happy with the numbers. AoS leads all of Tuesday prime time in DVR numbers. There's a reason that ABC has left in in direct competition with shows like NCIS: New Orleans and The Voice. It holds it's own. It's not going anywhere.
