AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 3 Poster Confirms The SECRET WARRIORS
We've had plenty of hints, but now it's official: Season 3 of Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. will introduce the "Caterpillars" that will make up a new team called the Secret Warriors. We know it'll be Daisy/Quake (Chloe Bennett) leading them, but who else will make up the roster?
It was kinda obvious, but now Variety has confirmed that we'll meet the Secret Warriors in season 3 of Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. In the comics the characters that make up the team are referred to as "Caterpillars", because they've remained in Nick Fury's superhuman files but have managed to keep their abilities hidden from the public, and have not yet unlocked their full potential. Who specifically will be joining Quake on the team? No names have been mentioned yet, but we're bound to find out more by SDCC.
"In the aftermath of SHIELD’s battle with Jiaying and the Inhumans, Director Coulson (Clark Gregg) will search the world for more powered people and assemble an extraordinary new team to deal with threats unlike the world has ever seen. However, the Agents of SHIELD will soon find out they’re not the only ones tracking down these new Inhumans.”
More will be revealed about the Secret Warriors and the thrd season of Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. at the “Marvel Television Presents” panel at SDCC on Friday, July 10 from 3:00 PM – 4:15PM in Ballroom 20. The show returns to ABC on Tuesday, September 29 at 9 p.m.
