We have about two months to go until Marvel's latest television series,
Cloak & Dagger, debuts on Freeform. The show will see Olivia Holt portray Tandy Bowen (Dagger) and Aubrey Joseph as Tyrone Johnson (Cloak) in a coming-of-age superhero teen drama set within the MCU.
In another promo for the series that features some new footage, we see Tandy and Tyrone come to grips with their newfound powers. As both characters explore their abilities, they work together to steal back the world that was stolen from them their whole lives. Perhaps the highlight of the promo are a couple quick glimpses of an exciting fight scene that likely takes place at a Roxxon Oil refinery.

Marvel's Cloak & Dagger is the story of Tandy Bowen (Olivia Holt) and Tyrone Johnson (Aubrey Joseph) -- two teenagers from very different backgrounds, who find themselves burdened and awakened to newly acquired superpowers which are mysteriously linked to one another. Tandy can emit light daggers and Tyrone has the ability to engulf others in darkness. They quickly learn they are better together than apart, but their feelings for each other make their already complicated world even more challenging.
Marvel's
Cloak & Dagger will premiere on June 7th via Freeform with a two-hour pilot. Gina Prince-Bythewood directed the pilot, which was written by showrunner Joe Pokaski . There will be 10 total episodes in the first season.
