Not really. I'm sure old people aka older parents, grandparents, may like it. Its a pretty weak drama with a ton of "WTF" moments. For instance, the ship's captain constantly goes Kirk on an away team...leading the charge when he's got a ship full of younger soldiers in shape to do so.
That, and if he's the highest ranking naval officer.....do you really want to go on that many excursions and strike teams? And this season has a stupid plot with a sub of immunes...eh. Its not even fun to watch while working out
